Tatiana Taylor is a California native who was born and raised in Solano County and graduated from UC Davis.  Following graduation, she spent 10 years working in the UC Davis Veterinary School as a Technician and advancing to Supervisor.  She retired from her role at Davis in order to pursue her passion in real estate. After finding her dream home, it ignited a passion in her to help others do the same.  She puts her heart into everything she does and is dedicated to helping others meet and achieve all of their real estate goals.  In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and critters on their ranch, running, reading, camping and spending quality time with friends and family.

Having worked and lived in Sacramento and the surrounding areas Ronnie Kaldani’s knowledge of Sacramento is first hand and extensive. Ronnie has built a personal and professional network throughout all of the Sacramento area including all the surrounding cities which will be an imperative resource in the real estate industry. Years of business sales experience will also allow him to be an incredibly powerful ally during the negotiation process of a real estate transaction.

Ever since buying his first home at 22 years old he has been love-struck with real estate. Joey Lyman is a dedicated Realtor with a passion for helping clients maximize the value of their homes. Joey prides himself on consistently performing at the high level needed to sell homes without leaving money on the table. Family and friends are his greatest priorities, sharing his home with his wife of 13 years, Natalie, and their six beloved cats—four adopted by them and two who found their way into their lives. Outside of real estate, Joey enjoys traveling, hiking, visiting the lake, playing poker, and participating in pick-up soccer games.

Loryn Bevers is our Operations Manager at Chapman Real Estate Group, she takes care of all the day to day operations and escrow management for the team making sure our clients are given the best service possible.  Loryn comes to us with over 15 years experience in the Real Estate industry and has been licensed since 2009.  She and her husband Derek have been Folsom residents for over 10 years and live in their Farmhouse with their two fur babies, Kona and Bailey.  In her spare time she loves hiking and going to Sacramento Kings games with her husband.

Elsa Bibb is our Transaction Manager/Executive Assistant at Chapman Real Estate Group and handles the coordination of all of our transactions to ensure all paperwork and files are DRE compliant and complete. In addition, Elsa provides executive assistance in a variety of ways, including our marketing activities and client appreciation parties.  Elsa comes to us with over 22 years of experience navigating the real estate market and providing clients with peace-of-mind during the buying and selling process. Whether managing complicated purchasing situations or positioning a home for speed of sale, Elsa’s industry knowledge and customer service caters to each and every client’s best interest. As a licensed agent, Elsa has successfully showcased hundreds of homes and negotiated sales, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. When she’s not supporting her clients and team, Elsa spends time with her husband and two children on the soccer field. Elsa speaks Portugese and Spanish.
