Terri Chapman and her team did an outstanding job helping my family with a new house and relocation. The team is very professional, dedicated, patient, helpful and well coordinated. Being remote, the team helped us with virtual tours so that we can plan more effective onsite visits. They were able to accommodate and coordinate tours of all the listings we asked for, sometimes at last minute request. In this market, this is quite an achievement. They were very informative of all the steps in the purchasing process from the get go, gave us different options and set the right expectations.
