Wow! Where do I begin?

I have a beautiful, high end home that I now have on the market because I am ready to downsize. I thought I needed to find a realtor that worked at a brokerage that primarily sold high end properties in order to get premier service, so I found such a brokerage only to receive service that was very disappointing!
