It was great working with Asher- from start to finish! He was available whenever we wanted to see a home, even with very short notice. When we finally found a home we wanted to bid on, he gave professional and skilled advice on making an offer, and helped us make the first house we bid on a successful purchase! During the process of negotiating repairs, closing, etc., he was patient, available, and knowledgeable when answering any question we had, big or small. Asher was excellent: patient, kind, thorough and with a good sense of humor. He stuck with us through months of house hunting at long distance, doing multiple facetime house tours with us while we were in Michigan. He remained attentive and supportive once our bid was accepted and we dealt with contingencies and repairs. He even helped us to negotiate a lovely butcher block table from the sellers that we coveted. Very satisfied!

Teri, Asher and their team went above and beyond the job description of a realtor! Not only did they help me find the perfect house for my family's needs, but also help to accommodate all of our ancillary needs associated with the purchase. They were able to recommend a mortgage broker, attorney, landscapers, pool service company and much more. As well, they set me up with all of the utility companies, solar providers, insurance agent and handyman/remodeling personnel. When Teri found out that I was sleeping at the house after closing by myself, she took it upon herself to stop by and drop off an air mattress with sheets, towels and bath supplies. It would be silly of you not to work with her.

My husband and I have bought and sold several homes over the years, and I can say that Terri and her team were, by far, the most professional group we have ever worked with.
