The Chapman Real Estate Group has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Moving from the Bay Area to El Dorado Hills, we were not at all familiar with the neighborhoods in this area. Asher was able to show us homes in different neighborhoods and share features we might appreciate in each so that we were able to very quickly narrow our search. With six people in our family, we had a long list of things we collectively wanted to see in a new home so it was not an easy undertaking. Also coming from the Bay Area, it was more challenging to schedule times for showings, but with the whole team (Asher, Tatiana & Colleen) working so well together, they were always able to make it work for us to see the homes we were interested in, even leveraging Facetime walk-throughs. Asher's construction knowledge and attention to detail was extremely beneficial as we walked through various homes. We listed our home just as the Covid-19 shutdown was beginning, unsure of how this unprecedented real estate environment would impact our ability to sell our home. Terri did not let this stop her from aggressively marketing, showing and selling our home, on a timeline that met our requirements. Her professionalism and real estate expertise is outstanding, her customer service and responsiveness exceptional, and she continually goes the "extra mile"! We had already moved out of our home and out of the area, which meant that Terri not only needed to be our realtor, but she willingly (and without our asking) assumed the role of "property manager", proactively taking care of anything that needed to be done. For example, she stepped up and drove the final disposal of our remaining personal items on the property, which as long distance sellers, would have been a difficult and costly process for us to coordinate. Across the board, Terri and her entire team exceeded our high standards and expectations and we would give her the highest level of recommendation to any homeowner selling their home.
