Teri Chapman and her team provided excellent support. We were new to the Roseville area and didn't know much about the communities we were looking to move. Teri was very helpful in identifying our wants and needs and matching them with areas she thought would be our best options. She was also very knowledgeable about local activities and restaurants, and even gave suggestions on various regional spots for us to investigate within a few hours drive. All were spot on. Terri Chapman helped us sell and buy houses last year, and she is as good as they come. I say this as someone who has had three other wonderful agents over the years. Terri is professional with high levels of expertise in the business and knowledge of the four Sacramento region counties in which we were looking, but she's more - she is very caring and insightful about what her clients want and need. As she listened to us, she figured out what we really wanted before we did! And though I could tell she is super busy, she always made us feel as though she had all the time in the world to help us find our dream house, and then to follow through on every little detail of the purchases and sales to make sure we were protected and accommodated. She got us top dollar for the house we sold, in about 3 weeks. She has a wonderful team that provides seamless support. In the year since we finalized our deals with her, she has been there for us ever since as a terrific resource for services in the area, everything from the wonderful mortgage company she referred us to, to the moving company, even to our new dentist! When I met Terri, through my daughter, she was completely understanding of my needs. When she presented to me her thoughts on selling my home, she was incredibly professional and very well educated on my neighborhood, its current sales and sold homes and what we needed to do to get top dollar for mine! She had certainly done her homework! Her knowledge is remarkable. She knew the history of the area in which I was selling and definitely was able to steer me in the ideal location of where I wanted to buy. She knows about building construction and quality, or lack thereof and she identifies areas important to consider for re-sale.
