When I met Terri, through my daughter, she was completely understanding of my needs. When she presented to me her thoughts on selling my home, she was incredibly professional and very well educated on my neighborhood, its current sales and sold homes and what we needed to do to get top dollar for mine! She had certainly done her homework! Her knowledge is remarkable. She knew the history of the area in which I was selling and definitely was able to steer me in the ideal location of where I wanted to buy. She knows about building construction and quality, or lack thereof and she identifies areas important to consider for re-sale. By listening to me and my individual tastes, she steered me in the direction I needed to go both on the selling of my older home and on the purchase of my forever home! Terri was also amazingly responsive. She made herself available to me at all times and she gave me the sense that she really enjoys what she does. She showed me homes at many odd hours and was always patient and understanding of my thoughts. She is a dedicated, hard worker as is everyone on her staff. The entire Chapman team has gone above and beyond every expectation and through hard work and imagination, my home was sold on time, and I purchased and closed in 30 days!
