Asher was excellent: patient, kind, thorough and with a good sense of humor. He stuck with us through months of house hunting at long distance, doing multiple facetime house tours with us while we were in Michigan. Teri, Asher and their team went above and beyond the job description of a realtor! Not only did they help me find the perfect house for my family's needs, but also help to accommodate all of our ancillary needs associated with the purchase. They were able to recommend a mortgage broker, attorney, landscapers, pool service company and much more. As well, they set me up with all of the utility companies, solar providers, insurance agent and handyman/remodeling personnel. When Teri found out that I was sleeping at the house after closing by myself, she took it upon herself to stop by and drop off an air mattress with sheets, towels and bath supplies. It would be silly of you not to work with her.

My husband and I have bought and sold several homes over the years, and I can say that Terri and her team were, by far, the most professional group we have ever worked with. Terri was with us every step of the way and her network of other professionals was top notch. She anticipated every hurdle and navigated us through them without difficulty. Terri and team (Asher and Colleen) were absolutely amazing. Selling our home was no easy task, but they took up the challenge and did an absolutely incredible job. Not only did we sell our home for FULL PRICE, but were able to buy another one through Terri and Asher that we love. They were incredibly patient, up-front with everything we needed to know about the buying and selling process (even though we've done this before), and were there for us 24 hours a day. A question did not go unanswered, a call did not go to vm. They were there for us all the time, and that is a huge burden taken off your shoulders when you're dealing with buying and selling a home.

We were relocating from the Bay Area and after several trips with our first agent, we determined we needed a different team to support our effort to find the perfect home for us. Terri first held a conference call with Jenee and I to fully understand our primary requirements for a home, the challenges that forced us to make an agent change and the financial parameters we were working with. She explained that her team included Asher Phariss and Colleen Jaeger, who both will be able to further support us in a search.
