Joey Lyman did a phenomenal job as our agent. He never failed to go above and beyond for us. We had a six month house hunt due to the crazy seller's market but he never pressured us into buying a house he didn't think would be right for us. He is honest and really goes the extra mile for his clients. When we finally found a house we loved, he even suggested we make a lower offer than we'd planned to-clearly he is not only in it for the commission! As if all of this wasn't enough, Joey and his wife were evacuated from their house due to the Caldor Fire but still did everything to ensure we had a smooth closing. We could not recommend Joey enough. There are enough lousy agents, definitely do yourself a favor and hire Joey!
