Finally we found a house we felt in a love with, and Elsa did very great job helping us to understand concerns of sellers so we were able to jump ahead of competition and come with a great offer providing value to us so we did not have to deal with multi-offer bidding situation. Throughout short closing Elsa guided us through process and helped to answer any questions we had and address concerns.

I would like to share some well earned reviews of The Terri Chapman Agency.

I found my way to the Terri Chapman agency because I saw a beautiful little A-frame home in California that I just had to buy.

Being a realtor from New York, I reached out to Terri directly and because the seller was also with the Terri Chapman agency We were in a dual Agent situation and Terry assigned me this most amazing Buyers agent named Elsa To represent me on my side of this deal as the Buyers side.

This Transaction went super smooth and I was able to Close in 15 days with the help of ELSA.

ELSA was the most amazing agent in my mind. Her attention to detail for me was incredible..

As I was buying this house from New York, ELSA made it so simple for me.

I had inspections to make and appointments that needed somebody there.

ELSA was that person the whole way for me she never forgot anything I asked her to do or anything I needed her to ask the Listing agent on the seller side of the deal.

In fact, I would say I was treated like a queen like I had a valet agent.

And I’m sure this comes down partly because she works for the Terri Chapman agency and I can tell very very high standards for their agents.

I cannot wait to finally go see my beautiful home in California in a few weeks and meet ELSA in person :)
